How far in advance should we book for a corporate event?
We recommend booking 3–6 months in advance for corporate events, especially for peak seasons (holiday parties in November/December, and spring galas in April/May). That said, we do take shorter-lead bookings when availability allows — reach out and we'll check our calendar.
Do you work with event planners and venue coordinators?
Absolutely. We work directly with event planners, corporate event managers, and venue coordinators all the time. We're experienced at fitting into larger event productions and will coordinate with your team on load-in times, stage setup, soundcheck windows, and performance timeline.
Can you provide music during cocktail hour and dinner, not just dancing?
Yes. We can provide scaled-down, background-level music during cocktail hour and dinner, with a full high-energy set later in the evening. We discuss this during the booking process and build our timeline around your event flow.
What's your pricing for corporate events?

Do you require a specific stage size or technical setup?
We're flexible and have performed on stages of many sizes. We'll discuss stage requirements when we connect — we can tell you exactly what we need for your specific venue. We bring our own PA and lighting, so the main requirements are floor space and standard electrical access.
What area do you serve for corporate events?
We're based in Alabama and regularly perform throughout the Southeast — Alabama, Mississippi, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Louisiana, and North Carolina. We are available nationally for the right event. Contact us with your event location and we'll confirm availability.
